Broccoli Salad ( w/cranberries) YUM!

Here's a favorite salad you can make all-year-long, so you want to have fresh broccoli on hand. It's a perfect salad to make for the New Year holidays, plus remember this one later - for your next summer picnic!

Broccoli Salad

1 lb fresh broccoli pieces
1 1/4 cups light mayo
1/2 cup baked bacon
1/2 cup Craisins
1/4 sm red onion
2 Tbsp pecans
2 Tbsp sugar (or WLD)
3/4 capsful red wine vinegar, Star Brand

Chop broccoli stems, and then break off the florets. Pulse, chop the pecans, bacon and then onions. Mix all together in a large salad bowl (more photos below).

More Info:

Baking Bacon: (photos below) Place in a COLD oven (rack 2nd from top) setting heat to 375°F. Bake 20-25 minutes; check often (every 3 minutes) towards the end.

This one's a hit every time!
