Into a large crock pot, place:
1 (7 lbs) spiral-cut, bone-in ham
Glaze Recipe I: Cranberry Glaze
1/2 cup cranberry sauce, whole berries
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Glaze Recipe II: Raspberry Glaze
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 Tbsp cider vinegar (or white)
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Glaze Recipe II: Maple Glaze
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1 cup pineapple juice
Crockpot: Warm ham on LOW for 4-6 hours (or on HIGH for 2-3 hours)*. Cook until internal temperature reach 140°F. Drain (reserving broth for my BEST HAM & BEAN SOUP recipe). Discard skin and fat.
Combine glaze ingredients and slather over meat. Set cooker to HIGH, cook for 20-30 minutes, basting often. Transfer the glaze sauce to a saucepan, heat to reduce until thickened.
Slice meat and serve with desired sauce recipe.
