Rubbed Roast Pork (So... What's For Dinner?)

This ROAST PORK w/ Rub Seasoning recipe is fast & easy to fix! The roast cooks incredibly moist and so flavorful.

It's a wonderful meal for the HOLIDAYS. Honestly, it makes a delicious meal any time of the year!

Pork Roast w/ Rub Seasoning

5-6 lbs boneless pork loin (or tenderloin)
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
(Note: don't double ingredients)

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Set oven rack to the center position of the oven. Slather olive oil onto meat. In a small bowl, combine the dried herbs, salt, and pepper; rub all over the roast. With the fat side up, place the roast on to a rack inside a roasting pan. Set the oven timer just 10 minutes to roast at 450°F, and then REDUCE THE OVEN TEMPERATURE DOWN TO 250°F. Continue to roast about 50-80 minutes or until the internal of the meat registers to 145°F with a meat thermometer. Remove the roast from the oven to a cutting board and cover with tin foil. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Enjoy,

Sharon Anne
