1 1/2 cups Jasmine rice, uncooked
2 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp honey
Combine ingredients in a rice cooker, or covered 2-qt heavy saucepan.
Steam rice for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and recover for 5 minutes.
