Lodge Grill Pan

Hey, I thought I'd tell you about my favorite grill pan... and it's on sale! With it, I get the great grill marks on my steak, chicken, fish and fruit or veggies!

I adore simple grilled chicken and then there's salmon... so easy, so delicious!

Cast-iron pans are easy to clean with HOT water and a wire brush (no soap).

Properly maintained, cast-iron pans can last forever!

My favorite Lodge grill pan comes pre-seasoned, which is a lovely convenience maintain it with a light rub of olive oil; heat pan on the stove top or in a 350°F oven (to dry).
