A very traditional recipe, sometimes I love adding freshly diced mango!
Pico De Gallo

1 tomato, seeded & diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 tsp jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 pinch salt
Hand dice and mince the ingredients, wearing latex gloves (don’t not touch your face or eyes). Chill to combine the flavors.
